By accessing or using the services provided by Palco Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Palco Labs provides creative and growth studio services including but not limited to branding, web design, funnel development, conversion rate optimization, and digital strategy. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
All content, designs, and materials created by Palco Labs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is explicitly transferred in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Palco Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
